Setup in the early 1900's by my Grandfather Dan Haigh the company was handed down to Stanley Haigh in the 1940's and I took over the business from my father some 24 years ago when we had 2 lorries laying small private drives and footways. The company has since that time grown considerably and we now operate 7 wagons, several pickups and a team of 10 men.

The majority of our work is the laying of Tarmacadam, however we also specialise in the laying of Block Paving, flagging, and walling and have a skilled and qualified stone mason amongst our team of professionals.

Our pedigree is such that we work for the majority of local house builders and have regular contracts with both Kirklees MC and Calderdale MC working for their Highways, Leisure Services and Schools Departments.

D.Haigh & Co offer services from small footways and driveways to Car parks and Full Roadways. We offer free quotations and our prices are usually guaranteed for 6 months. No job is too big nor to small and all work is undertaken under my own personal supervision.
